1. What is the return policy?

Please review the return guidelines provided below to determine if your purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, for returns shipped from the United States and Canada, a return shipping fee of $20 will be charged, while for all other countries, a fee of $30 will apply. These return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The return window begins on the day the shipment is delivered or picked up.
To qualify for a return (standard jewelry):
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
  • If returning items by mail, please ensure they are in their original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
  • Please note that individual items from a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange. The complete set must be returned.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved, personalized and monogrammed products
  • Earrings used to pierce
  • Gift cards

2. How much is the return shipping fee?

Please be aware that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refundable amount. For orders outside of the US, there may be additional duties and taxes. You are responsible for covering these fees, and we are unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us. Please refer to the following information regarding the return shipping fee.

  • United States, Canada: USD $20
  • Europe: EUR €20
  • United Kingdom: GB £20
  • New Zealand: NZD $20
  • Other International Countries: USD $30

3. How do I return my online purchase?

To return an item, please email customer service at support@vinakos.com to obtain the address information you need regarding of returning the products. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return through a trackable method.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Please be aware that your return will be processed within 7 business days from the moment we receive it at our warehouse. Once the return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email.

5. What is the exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges online at this time.

6. What is the cancellation policy?

  • For personalized items:
    • Once you submit your order, we will immediately begin production on the personalized items
    • Please note that if you wish to cancel your purchase, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
    • We kindly ask you to carefully consider your decision before placing the order.
  • For standard items:
    • Orders will be processed within 0-24 hours. If you want to cancel your purchase, please contact us to cancel within 24 hours.
    • For cancellations made within 24-48 hours, a 10% restocking fee will be levied, and after 48 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
    • Please be aware that we are unable to cancel your order once the items have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your purchase when parcel is shipped, please refer to our return policy.
