1. To which countries does Vinakos ship?

We ship to the following countries! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
• Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom
• Asia: Japan, South Korea

2. How much time does the processing take?

• For standard items, it usually takes around 3-5 business days.
• For personalized items, it usually take around 7 to 10 business days.

3. Order and logisitcs tracking?

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the waybill number. You can click the link and skip to the express company’s official website to check your package shipment status.

4. VAT or import tax?

Any goods sent from a Chinese warehouse to your country may incur customs duties, according to the customs policy of your country. (Countries include that the official website supports transportation, including but not limited to the United States).

5. How to track my order?

You can track your order by entering your Order Number、Email or Phone Number on the "Track Order" page. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Vinakos will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Vinakos Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

6. How much does shipping cost?

• The indicated shipping timeline provided is an approximate estimate of the number of days it takes for an order to be delivered from the specified ship date at checkout. Please note that this estimate does not include holidays, or any unforeseen delays that may occur on the courier’s end, such as weather conditions, high volume, or traffic.

• If a change in delivery option is requested by the customer, it may result in a delay in delivery. Additionally, if your order consists of items that are in-stock, shipping later, or made-to-order, the dispatch date may be subject to change. It is important to review the dates provided during checkout and on your confirmation email.

• The shipping fee is calculated based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable charges. For deliveries outside of the US, there may be additional customs duties and service fees imposed.

• Please be aware that Vinakos has no control over these fees and cannot provide information on their specific costs, as they vary by country. For more details, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that we are unable to reimburse any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
